Range of Services

The following services are available to you at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

We can certify copies of the following documents by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences:

• Diploma
• Academic Record
• Diploma Supplement
• Confirmation of Doctoral Degree

Please send us the required documents as a scan. Let us know if you want us to return the certifications by mail or e-mail. You can also obtain a certification directly at the counter. A representative can pick up your documents if they have a power of attorney and identify themselves.

You can order certifications of your transcript of record directly in the Student Portal.

If you need a current summary of credits before receiving your transcript of records in calendar week 8 or 38, we can provide a German or English Preliminary summary of credits. This is possible from 1 January for Fall Semester or from 1 July for Spring Semester. 

If there are any translations missing on your English transcript of records or English academic record, please contact us. We will translate the missing modules.

We can issue confirmations on a range of topics. Please contact us if you would like to order one of the following confirmations:

• Subject ban
• Full-time or part-time studies
• Part-time work
